I love the fact that I can talk to the person who works on the car before bringing it in or during the repair instead of some manager who's reading notes off a computer. I've have times where repairs have needed follow up which have all been due faulty replacement parts. In those few cases he fit in the car, gots the replacement part (often at his cost) and repaired it that day and didn't charge me another cent! Try and find that in our world these days. I also like that I can drop the car during off hours and/or also pick it up during off hours which is also a valuable time saver. ");
