Went in for an oil change and to fix some vibration when braking. The service was great but must say not happy to pay to have rotors glazed only after 19,000 miles. Should be covered under warranty.

On the whole customer service is why I go to SM Ford. They are very personal and tell me what is going on. Today for my oil change it took two hours and I had to call them to get my car brought out.
