They took a couple days longer then they originally quoted to me, which was a hassle, and the estimator seemed irritated that I wouldn't be able to drop everything to pick up the car at the new time.  Overall though, they did a great job; my car looks like a million bucks!  Front counter customer service was spectacular, VERY friendly and helpful.  I would go back.");
