Irvine Mini service is extremely accommodating, fast and to the point. Always smooth and my car gets a nice bath as well. In comparison to my past experiences with other car makers , Mini service is top notch!!!!!

They were great. Scheduling was same-day. Service coordinator called to give time estimate. Got a free loaner car. Fixed everything and washed the car. Very happy with service and professionalism.
