The salesperson told us to go to Bozanni VW to test drive drive the golf as it's almost the same as Audi A3 and go back to them to pre-order the Audi A3.  Bozzani VW salesperson, Wes Uptergrove took us for a test drive and my husband fell in love with the car and salesperson.  Wes was very knowledgeable about the car and took time to answer all our questions even though they were about to close at that time.  My husband forgot about Audi and started researching about Golf.  He contacted many dealerships but Wes' excellent customer service oriented attitude and his honesty was the reason why we went back to Bozzani VW dealership even though it's quite a drive from our place.  All the staff were very friendly and Jerry, the manager and Wes Uptergrove gave us the best customer service ever.  It only took about 2 hours to drive out our new Golf TDI.");
