Jessie provided me with an upfront estimate for the tune up which was very close to the actual price I paid and this is always very much appreciated. Then he let me know that they were going to have to check out the transmision to figure out the cost and he called me later that day with the estimate. Overall it was once again a wonderful experience getting my car repaired at Bozzani VW and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do a better job with my Jetta and treat me like a valued customer of VW.\r\n\r\nThank you very much Jessie and everybody at Bozzani.");
