I explained to the service department that I was considering trading my Bettle in for a larger car so he walked me over to a sales rep.  I was very hesistant since a couple of wks prior I had gone to the Volkswagen Dealership in City of Industry, CA. The test drive felt like I was in driving school. Then they had me & my family waiting for over 2 hours & still no one attended us.  We ended up leaving. I would not recommend this dealership to no one. \r\n\r\nHowever, Bozzani took the time to show me their vehicles & I did not feel forced to purchase.
